The ITA CityLIGHTS Awards program honors companies and individuals whose innovation and success drive growth in the technology industry and Illinois
Edovo has been selected as a finalist for Illinois Technology Association’s 2017 ITA CityLIGHTS Industry Disrupter Award. Edovo was named the winner of the 2017 Global EdTech Startup Awards against 1,000 competing companies, winner of the 2015 Miller Lite Tap the Future Grand Prize, and has been awarded numerous grants, partnerships and recognition for continued innovation in the educational and correctional technology sphere.
“Edovo is honored to be recognized for our dedication to building quality tools for our users with this nomination,” Brian Hill, Edovo’s CEO, said.
“We are lucky to be among such powerhouse finalists, and we look forward to connecting with our peers and fellow nominees at the September 14 ceremony.”
The winners for each category, with the exception of the CityLIGHTS Industry Champion, are determined by a compilation of the judges’ scores and voting by the public at large. The winners will be revealed at the ITA CityLIGHTS Awards ceremony on Thursday, September 14 at Morgan Manufacturing in Chicago.
You help decide the winners! Voting is now open through 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, August 18 at itacitylights.com/voting
“Year-over-year we have seen that the CityLIGHTS Awards is a barometer for success in the community, often predicting who or what will be the next big thing,” said ITA CEO Julia Kanouse. “This year’s finalists are no different. I expect they will be driving the industry forward for years to come.”
